Review of High School Queens by Zachary Ryan

High school Queens by Zachary Ryan

Ya/ contemporary fiction/LGBT

4 out of 5 stakes!

I originally picked to read this book because honestly it had the same things I liked about Pretty Little Liars ( the original show). It just was the same type of vibe from that show and maybe a little of Scream Queens. So I was very intrigued with this.
I mean the snobby mean popular people getting a taste of their own medicine. What’s not to like right?

Well I honestly can say this person who was stalking them and knowing everything they did away from school was like wow. I kept guessing it was one person and then another person. And just when I thought I guessed right, I was wrong. It was actually who I thought well maybe it could be this person.

I can’t say if I liked one character over the other in this book, I kinda liked them all I think about the same. I liked Tucker more then the rest though.
I mean I wanted to like Calvin but he became to pushy and I get what he wanted, but I could see both sides. Then I liked Danielle she seemed a little more likeable. And I just felt bad for the others. Because the stalker was really plain cruel.
But by exposing the secrets the characters learned where they stand with the others and opened their eyes some.

I feel the villain of this story was just way to damn mean, even went way over board with it. They could have toned a little bit down. Ha.
But I guess when you get sick of Queen B’s and jocks and stuff I can see having to be a real jerk to show them how they really are. Especially when it didn’t seem like to many were actually friends.
That ending though?????
Can’t leave me with that!!!
But seriously pick this book up if you like PLL or you like seeing the rich snobby mean kids get taken down a peg or two.
