Thoughts on: Smooth Moves by Marie Harte

5 out of 5 Stakes!!

Aww I just loved this book, enjoyed it very much. I haven’t read the first book but was still able to follow along well. I plan on going back and reading the first book though.

Cash is kind of obnoxious but also a character that you just love. I mean yes he can be hard on himself and others. But there are reasons as to why he is the way that he is. Which there for made me love his character.
And how he was with Jordan that was even better.
Jordan. She is a strong female but has her issues as well. But once you see why and how she became as she is. You like her a little bit more.

Plus you could tell that maybe after trying to take care of her brother and trying to just live life normal is not something she knows how to do well.
So that is a learning thing for her. And how she acts around Cash is like wow.

Cash and Jordan are both so bold and I liked that as well. I like it sometimes when characters get to the point of their feelings. Also I enjoyed how they left it for a 3rd book. Pick this book up.

Don’t miss this brand new contemporary romance, standalone title from Marie Harte.

Beach Wedding Weekend by Rachel Magee. Giveaway and review all below:

5 out of 5 Stakes!

Omg this book is so cute. I loved how Paige wanted to fight for love. And I truly thought oh that’s one way of doing things.

The weekend was really great and I liked Aiden, how he wanted to help her out. I was actually rooting for him. I have to say I liked him when he first walked into the wedding. Something about him was just I dunno. And Brody I didn’t like as a boyfriend for Paige. This is a fun and cute book. I recommend it for anyone that likes a quick fun story about ex’s and getting the man or woman of your dreams. So awesome. Can’t wait to read other books by this author.

Beach Wedding Weekend Synopsis:
You’re invited to a sunny beach town
for a witty, heartwarming romance.

When Brody broke up with Paige and went to Europe, he suggested that someday, they’d pick up right where they left off. A hopeless romantic, she believed him.

But when they meet again, Brody’s dating a gorgeous actress.

They’re all going to attend the same wedding, and Paige plans to win Brody back. She even enlists her best friend’s brother, Aiden, to pretend to date her and make her ex jealous. A breezy, charming restaurant owner, Aiden actually avoids serious relationships, but as a fake boyfriend, he’s perfect.

As old friends and exes take part in wedding preparations and enjoy the beauty of the Florida coast, they begin to see themselves—and each other—in a new light.

This summer romance includes a free Hallmark original recipe for BBQ Brisket Tacos with Sunshine Slaw.

About Rachel Magee:
Rachel wrote her first novel when she was twelve and entered it into a contest for young author/illustrators. Unfortunately, the judges weren’t impressed with her stick figures, so she dropped the dream of becoming a world-famous illustrator and stuck to spinning stories. When she’s not busy working on her latest book, she loves to travel with her family and friends. By far, her favorite destination is the beach, which tends to work its way into most of her stories. Between vacations, you can find her at home in The Woodlands, TX with her wonderful husband, their two adventurous kids and a couple of spirited pets.
