My review for
November Rain ( Bad Bloods, #1)

4 out of 5 stakes!

Wow, this book started off crazy and good. Serena is one of two main characters. When we meet her she is about to die, because all bad bloods must die. In a city where humans and bad bloods divide them, humans seeing anyone different as not worthy.
But someone helps Serena escape this death sentence and Serena is not sure why? But after a moment of wondering she leaves.

That’s when she is almost caught and runs into Daniel or rather he finds her.
He helps her in the alleyway. Daniel is another of the main characters. This book is told from two points of view. And I love that about this book.
From there things only get better and better.

When Daniel gets Serena to a safe zone he tells her it’s okay no one will hurt her there. She doesn’t believe him at first. Because why would any one want to help a bad blood out? Daniel explains he is a bad blood as well.
Although every bad blood has unique powers that they can use, Serena absorbs others powers.

Now with Serena back on her side with her make shift family all she can think about his Daniel and how kind he was to her. But the leader of her little family warns her to stay away from him.
Now a lot happens in this book that I don’t want to give away spoilers.
But I do want to say this is such a great read for anyone who roots for the under dogs and likes a little bit of love in a book. I think it has a little bit of everything for everyone.

So what are you waiting for? Go pick up a copy of this book today.

My review for Mad Magic By Nicole Conway. Also tour information below, links to buy this amazing book and giveaway information all 👇

4 out of 5 stakes!

This book starts off great, I mean we meet Josie who is seeing things or is she? At school she has these episodes that people call her crazy. They don’t believe she has a guardian who takes care of her. Because they have never seen him.

Well news for them she has never met him either, but he takes care of her from afar. Provides everything but being there. Josie calls him Ben.
Since she has no friends she spends a lot of time knowing her cute neighbor’s work schedule.

Josie has episodes in her apartment where everything gets broken and destroyed inside and it has happened for years. She doesn’t remember doing any of it, but she must be the one doing it because when she comes home her door is always locked.

One night when things get so bad and she’s screaming for help, that cute neighbor breaks down the door to help her. That is the night everything changes for her. Josie finds out that she has magic and her cute neighbor isn’t just some guy, but her caretaker.
And her being tortured in her home is really a magical being.

The adventure just begins for all of them, Josie learns old family secrets and learns to control her life better.
For she has to because someone is coming for her..
I don’t want to give anymore away then I already have. But I love this book and do hope there will be more to come. Because that ending, come on…

Publication date: January 23rd 2018
Genres: Contemporary, Romance, Young Adult

You’d think a girl with the most romantic name in the world would have her pick of boyfriends.

But Valentine’s Day sucks when you’re single. Just ask Juliet Valentine, whose last name happens to also be the name of the most dreaded made-up holiday ever.

A romantic at heart, this year is especially hard on Juliet. Her sister, Layla, is in a new relationship, her mom’s match-making business is doing great, and her school’s new fundraiser is “Love-Grams.”

Juliet’s miserable, a little jealous, and lonely.

Quarterback Jared Black is the most popular guy in school. A star athlete, Jared tops the most-eligible bachelor list year after year. But to Juliet Valentine, he’s all but invisible. She isn’t impressed.

Jared’s never had to work hard to get the attention of a girl before. Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and he’s determined to ask Juliet out. After all, if Tyler can win over Layla, Jared ought to have a shot with Layla’s sister.

Unlike Tyler and Layla, charm, flattery and good looks won’t work on Juliet. So with the V-Day dance coming up, Jared uses the school’s Love-Grams to let Juliet know how he feels. Should be simple enough, right?

Wrong. Each attempt ends up either in the trash or thrown in someone’s face. Juliet won’t play his game.

Now, without a date to the dance Jared realizes it’s going to take a Hail Mary to win the girl of his dreams.

My review for Saving It by Monica Murphy

5 out of 5 stakes!

Oh my gosh this book is so cute. I love Eden and Josh. They are so funny. This book is just fantastic. What starts out as Josh asking Eden to help him find a girl to lose his V card to. And Eden being his best friend is like no I don’t really want to help you do this. But somehow Eden ends up helping him make a list of girls he might be compatible with.
Now this book is told from two p.o.v’ s Josh and Eden. They have proven so far that you can be best friends with a guy and nothing but friendship is there. However as Eden is helping Josh clean up a little bit, she starts to see Josh as more then just her best friend. Eden notices his lips and how hot he really is. As for Josh he starts comparing everyone to Eden. He’s like well Eden wouldn’t do that or she would laugh at that. His best friend acts like he’s interested in Eden to open Josh’s eyes. From there it only gets even better. I really enjoyed this book. And these two are my new favorite characters. I want a book series about them.

My review for Rage of the Dragon by J. Keller Ford

5 out of 5 stakes!

Dare I say it, but this book is so awesome. Just as great as the first if not better. Keep them coming. I totally want more of this adventure and with that ending… This adventure finds them in David’s home town with Eric in tow. Things aren’t as they seem and David and Charlotte realize this only to soon. Eric just wants to do his quest. However Eric going to school is great I think. And the secrets are not like little secrets either in this book.
I really don’t want to give anything away, however I will say this with that ending can David and Charlotte get past everything?? It’s a huge secret that comes out.

Rage of the Dragon King (The Chronicles of Fallhollow #2)

by J. Keller Ford

Publication Date: October 24, 2017

Publisher: Month9Books

David and Charlotte paid their dues. They traveled to another realm, battled the Dragon King, recovered the all important magic key to the mage tunnels, and found the heir to the throne of Hirth, as promised. Now it’s time to go home. There’s just one problem: the powerful crystals needed to activate the tunnels have been stolen…and David’s parents have mysteriously disappeared along with them. Guess who’s not going home to Havendale anytime soon.

Eric Hamden, squire extraordinaire, survived the poisonous knick of a shadowmorth’s blade, rescued the king of Hirth from the bowels of the dragon’s lair, and confronted a heartbreaking betrayal that nearly got him killed. Still reeling from the news, Eric sets his sights on a daring rescue only to wind up in a prison of his own with David and Charlotte at his side. But rescues come in strange ways, and before they know it, the three end up in David’s hometown of Havendale…and Eric gets a quick schooling in Modern Life 101. He’d rather fight a dragon.

With secrets, lies and betrayals meeting them at every turn, David, Charlotte and Eric soon discover that Havendale isn’t the sanctuary they’d hoped for. Even their best-laid plans can’t prepare them for the danger that stalks them. This time, no amount of magic or prayers can save them. War has been declared, and in the final battle, someone must make the ultimate sacrifice. Let the battle begin.

My review for Boomerang Boyfriend by Chris Cannon

5 out of 5 stakes!

I thought this book was cute and funny at times. This book is told from two different point of views. Delia and Jack. I enjoyed this quick fun book. Delia who doesn’t seem to be having much like in the boyfriend department. Has just about given up when she starts to actually take notice in her best friend’s brother Jack. She doesn’t understand how she could be thinking of him in any other way except as a jerk brother. Jack who has always thought his sister’s best friend was annoying. Is starting to see Delia in a different light. When both end up working together and having to share an art class together start looking at each as more then just semi friends.
But then it seems I think they worry to much about Zoe, Jack’s sister. Because it’s funny how everyone already see’s them as perfect together. Now I don’t want to give away any spoilers so just get this book and read it. It’s quick and fun.
